Fees: There are no fees to enter this area, but hunting/fishing permits will require a fee. Accessibility: This area is not handicap accessible. Rules: There is an electric fence that surrounds much of this wildlife area. Please use caution. Directions: To reach Little Snake State Wildlife Area from Steamboat Springs, travel west on US Highway 40 to Maybell. From Maybell, travel north on County Road 19 for 17 miles to Red Wash.
