In the spring, snow can limit Kenosha Pass to Georgia Pass (West) accessibility. Camping within the Jefferson Creek drainage is limited to campgrounds only. There is a nightly fee for these areas. This segment of the Colorado Trail has the first official loop, the West Jefferson Loop Trail which is 11 miles round trip.
