Fees: There are a variety of fees that can be incurred when entering this state area, from a daily walking pass all the way to an annual vehicle pass. Directions: To reach Highline Lake from Grand Junction, travel west on Interstate 70 west to Loma Exit, then north onto Colorado Highway 139 for six miles to Q Road.
