| Facilities: Restrooms and water are provided at Foster Grove Campground. Reservations: All campsites can be reserved at Foster Grove Campground. The reservation fee is $8. Campsite reservations are encouraged during weekends and holidays. Best Time To Visit: Foster Grove Campground is open year-round. Fees: There are a variety of fees that can be incurred when entering this state area, from a daily walking pass all the way to an annual vehicle pass. Visitors should contact this State Recreation Area to find the plan best for them. Accessibility: Site #25 is designated for disabled persons. Rules: Since rules may vary depending on which park guests choose to visit, please check with the Park Manager for any other rules that may apply. Directions: To get to Foster Grove Campground from Limon: Take I-70 east to Burlington, then 23 miles north on US 385. Turn east on County Road 2 (3 1\2 miles to gate entrance) or 3 (1 1\2 miles to gate entrance.) OR:Take I-70 east to Byers, then east on US 36 (approximately 108 miles) to Idalia. Continue east two miles on US 36, then turn south on US 385 for 6 or 7 miles to County Road 2 (3 1\2 miles to gate entrance) or 3 (1 1\2 miles to gate entrance.) |
