Best Time To Visit: Eldorado Canyon State Park is open year-round. Fees: There are a variety of fees that can be incurred when entering this state area, from a daily walking pass all the way to an annual vehicle pass. Visitors should contact this State Recreation Area to find the plan best for them. Accessibility: The visitor center is wheelchair accessible. Rules: Since rules may vary depending on which park guests choose to visit, please check with the Park Manager for any other rules that may apply. Directions: To get to Eldorado Canyon State Park from Denver and Idaho Springs: Take I-25 north to State Highway 36, west towards Boulder. Exit at "Louisville-Superior" and turn south (left) at the light. Take the first right (west) onto State Highway 170 for 7.4 miles to Eldorado Canyon. Continue one mile through the canyon to the visitor center. |
