The Davis Springs Campground is located within the boundaries of the White River National Forest at an elevation of 8,000 feet. This campground offers 6 individual camping sites in an aspen and grassy park-like setting. Fishing access is reachable by foot.


Facilities: Restrooms are provided at Davis Springs Campground. Drinking water is NOT provided.

Best Time To Visit: Davis Springs Campground is open from mid-May through early-November.

Fees: An overnight camping fee is charged.

Accessibility: This campground is not handicap accessible.

Rules: Pets must be restrained or on a leash at all times while in developed recreation areas.

This campground is located within the White River National Forest; forest regulations apply.

Directions: To get to Davis Springs Campground from:

Vail: Travel 29 miles east on I-70 to Silverthorne. From Silverthorne, go 14 miles north on Highway 9. Turn left onto Forest Development Road 30. Go 1 mile down Forest Development Road 30 to the campground on the left (west) side of the road.
Winter Park: Travel on I-70 to Silverthorne. From Silverthorne, go 14 miles north on Highway 9. Turn left onto Forest Development Road 30. Go 1 mile down Forest Development Road 30 to the campground on the left (west) side of the road.
Breckenridge: Travel on CO-9 to I-70, towards Silverthorne. From Silverthorne, go 14 miles north on Highway 9. Turn left onto Forest Development Road 30. Go 1 mile down Forest Development Road 30 to the campground on the left (west) side of the road.
