| Facilities: Restrooms, picnic tables, and fire rings are all provided at Crawford Reservoir. Two separate campgrounds offer a total of 66 individual campsites. Five of these sites are for tents, 16 are for trailers/RV's without any hook-ups. The remaining sites have water/electrical hook-ups. Reservations: Reservations are accepted in the summertime at Crawford Reservoir. Best Time To Visit: Crawford Reservoir is open year-round. Fees: There are a variety of fees that can be incurred when entering this state area, from a daily walking pass all the way to an annual vehicle pass. Visitors should contact this State Recreation Area to find the plan best for them. Accessibility: Eight different campsites in this State Park are handicap accessible. The group picnic pavilion, visitor center/headquarters building, all vault toilets and restrooms & showers are also accessible. Rules: Since rules may vary depending on which park guests choose to visit, please check with the Park Manager for any other rules that may apply. Directions: To get to Crawford Reservoir from Montrose: start out going northwest on US-550 towards Delta. From Delta, take Colorado Highway 92 east to Hotchkiss. Stay right on 92 where it intersects Colorado Highway 133 and drive 10 miles to Crawford. The park is one mile south of town. |
