The Cheyenne Mountain Zoological Society provides the experience of an unforgettable adventure by combining mountain scenery with more than 650 animals from around the world. From giraffes and elephants to lions and monkeys, hippos and bears, many of the regular animals you would expect are here. It's also a rare opportunity to see more than 30 endangered species including the Amur tiger, Mexican wolf, and Black-footed ferret.
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is a tax-exempt, non-profit public trust for the purpose of providing recreation, education, conservation and scientific facilities in the field of zoology and related subjects, and to preserve the Zoo in perpetuity for the people of the Pikes Peak Region. The Zoo is one of only five accredited zoos in the nation that operates without local tax support, depending entirely on admissions, membership dues, donations and grants for funding. Your support is critical to our future.
