Reservations: Reservations are not accepted at Buffalo Pass Campground.

Best Time To Visit: Buffalo Pass Campground is generally open from May through October.

Directions: To get to Buffalo Pass Campground from Salida, start out on US-50, turn left on US-285. Turn left onto CR-48, and left again on CR-Z, and travel to Saguache. From Saguache, drive 26 miles northwest on Highway 114 to the campground entrance.

From Gunnison, start out on US-50, turn right on CO-114, and travel to Saguache. From Saguache, drive northwest on Highway 114 to the campground entrance.
