| Aspen Loop Trail is a 0.6 mile long trail is located within the Eleven Mile State Park. It starts and finishes along the Ponderosa Ridge Trail.Eleven Mile State Park is known by the locals as a great fishing hole. Rainbow, brown and cutthroat trout, kokanee salmon, northern pike, small-mouth bass and carp are all found within the waters of this 3,400 surface-acre reservoir. Waterfront camping, scenic vistas, un-crowded boating and ideal wind conditions for sailing and windsurfing make Eleven Mile a best bet for all visitors. The park is open year-round, offering spectacular Rocky Mountain sunsets and plenty of room to breathe. |
