|Facilities: Wentworth Springs Campground has no piped drinking water so come prepared. Loon Lake and a few streams are located nearby; however water should be treated or boiled before use. Vault toilets are available in the campground. Picnic tables and fire rings are located throughout the premises.|
Best Time To Visit: Wentworth Springs Campground is generally accessible between mid-June and mid-October. These dates may be affected by snow conditions.
Fees: No fees are charged.
Rules: Maximum length of stay is 14 days out of every 30 days. Please keep family pets on a leash at all times. Campfire restrictions may be put into affect.
Directions: To reach Wentworth Springs Campground from Sacramento, travel east on Interstate 50 for about 60 miles and turn left at Ice House Road.Head northeast on Ice House Road and travel for about 24 miles. Turn left onto Wentworth Springs Road (it will be the third intersection with Wentworth Springs Road you come to over the course of Ice House Road) and continue north for 5 miles.The road will turn eastward. Continue to follow it for approximately 4.5 miles. Wentworth Springs Campground will be located on the left-hand side of the road.
