| Facilities: Burnt Rancheria Campground is equipped with both vault and flush toilets and has readily available drinking water. Showers are available in the campground. Fire rings/grills are provided along with tables at all campsites.There are no hookups or sanitary dump. The nearest facilities are located at the Buckman Springs Rest Area, 4 miles east of Pine Valley on Interstate 8.Firewood is available for purchase from the camp host. Best Time To Visit: Burnt Rancheria Campground is open seasonally, from April through October. Fees: Camping fees are charged. Accessibility: 7 campsites are handicap accessible. Rules: Maximum length of stay is 14 days out of every 30 days. Maximum vehicle length is 40 feet. All dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet in length or under physically restrictive control at all times. Campfire permits may be required. Directions: To reach Burnt Rancheria Campground from San Diego, go 45 miles east on Interstate 8 and exit on Sunrise Highway (S1). Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp and travel 9.4 miles north.
