The Mesa Southwest Museum is Arizonas premier museum of cultural and natural history. See the largest collection of dinosaur fossils in the state, visit a Spanish mission, search for the Dutchmans lost treasure, pan for gold in the History courtyard, and more.
The Phoenix Zoo, which is easily accessible from Mesa, is always a family favorite. An afternoon spent enjoying the diverse natural world is always an afternoon well spent. Mesa is always well worth the visit.
