The 82 acres of Tonto Lake is at 7,800 feet in elevation. The lake contains fast-growing rainbow and Apache trout. Check the White Mountain Apache Game and Fish for special regulations.

Directions: To get to Tonto Lake from Show Low: Start out going west on US-60, turn left on AZ-73.(Fort Apache) 33 miles southeast of Fort Apache using Y70 and Y40 or access from Pacheta Lake using Y40.
