There are no facilities for Goldwater Lake Trail #396 at the Senator Highway trailhead.Facilities for Goldwater Lake Trail #396 at the White Spar Family Campground trailhead include drinking water, trash collection, picnic tables, fire rings, and vault toilets. Best Time To Visit: Goldwater Lake Trail #396 is open year-round. Please do not take horses on the trail in muddy conditions. Fees: Trail use is free. There may be a parking fee at White Spar Family Campground. Accessibility: This trail is not accessible. Rules: No motorcycles, ATVs, or motorized vehicles are permitted on the trail. Directions: To reach Goldwater Lake Trail #396 from the Senator Highway side, take Mt. Vernon Avenue south until Mt. Vernon turns into Senator Highway. After passing Goldwater Lake, continue another 0.7 miles to the Watershed Trail #299 sign on the right side of the road. Turn left into the dirt parking area. The Watershed Trailhead is on the left (east) side of Senator Highway and the Goldwater Lake Trail #396 trailhead is on the right (west) side. There is a Trail #396 sign with a Circle Trial logo located at the Gold Water Lake Trailhead.To reach Goldwater Lake Trail #396 from the Highway 89 south side, go to White Spar Campground. To reach White Spar Family Campground from Prescott, turn south onto Montezuma Street from Gurley Street. Stay on Montezuma Street for 3 miles to Forest Road 62 Montezuma Street becomes U.S. Highway 89.
