The maximum group size is 15; the maximum amount of saddle or pack animals of any kind is 15 per group. Directions: To reach Lost Spr. Trail from Payson, travel west on Main Street (becomes Forest Road 406) 5 1/2 miles (after turning off State Highway 87) towards the East Verde River. Turn left on Forest Road 3414. Follow this road 6 miles to a parking area and corral. From here travel west on North Peak Trail to its end. Go west on Willow Trail to its intersection with Lost Spr. Trail. |
