Accessibility: This picnic site has wheelchair accessible toilets and tables. The trails to the lake have compacted gravel surfaces. Rules: Rules and regulations are posted on bulletin boards at the site. Use trash receptacles when available, if not then bring out what is brought in. This area is for day use only, no camping, but parking for night fishing is permitted. Directions: To reach Cottonwood Cove Picnic Site from Apache Junction, travel northeast on State Highway 88 to State Highway 188. Take State Highway 188 southeast to the picnic site.
