Redrock Trail is a trail located on the Mogollon Rim. This is a good horse trail. Its original use was to move cattle from Buckhead Mesa to the Highline Trail, and then over the rim to summer ranges. Red Rock Spring, which is located at the end of the trail, was used as a watering hole by Apache's and settlers alike.
This trail is 1 mile long, receives medium use, and has been given a more difficult rating. Horseback riding, mountain biking, and hiking are permitted methods of use on this trail.

Facilities: There are no facilities provided at Redrock Trail. Gas, food, and lodging can be found in Payson.

Reservations: Reservations are not needed or accepted for Redrock Trail.

Best Time To Visit: Redrock Trail is open spring through fall, depending on the weather.

Fees: No fee is charged.

Accessibility: Unknown

Rules: No motorized vehicles may be used on this trail.

Directions: To reach Redrock Trail from Payson, travel north on State Highway 87 to Forest Road 64. The trailhead is located about 2.4 miles east on Forest Road 64.
