To reach Deer Creek Trail Peeley Trailhead from Payson, travel south on State Highway 87 to the Slate Creek Divide. Turn right (north) up Forest Road 201 for 7 miles to its end. This road gets progressively rougher and may require 4WD. Not recommended for horse-trailers or sedans. | |
