The maximum group size is 15; the maximum amount of saddle or pack animals of any kind is 15 per group. Directions: To reach Fisher Trail from Payson, travel southwest on State Highway 87 to Forest Road 201 and go north on that road for 7 miles to its end. This road gets progressively rougher and may require 4WD. Not recommended for horse-trailers or sedans. Travel north on the Mazatzal Divide Trail to its intersection with Fisher Trail.
