Cornucopia Trail portions of which are an old road. The northern portion is easy to travel, but other areas maybe overgrown.
This trail is 3.5 miles long and has a moderate rating. Hiking and horseback riding are permitted on this trail.

Facilities: There are no facilities provided at Cornucopia Trail. Gas, food, and lodging can be found in Payson.

Reservations: Reservations are not needed or accepted for Cornucopia Trail.

Best Time To Visit: Cornucopia Trail is open spring through fall, depending on the weather.

Fees: No fee is charged.

Accessibility: Unknown

Rules: Neither motorized or mechanized transport are permitted on this trail. The maximum group size is 15; the maximum amount of saddle or pack animals of any kind is 15 per group.

Directions: To reach Cornucopia Trail from Payson, travel south on State Highway 87 to the Slate Creek Divide. Turn right (north) up Forest Road 201 for 7 miles to its end. This road gets progressively rougher and may require 4WD. Not recommended for horse-trailers or sedans.
