Take Forest Road 300 east 12 miles to the north trailhead which is located on the south side of the road. To reach Colonel Devin Trail Washington Park Trailhead from Payson, travel north on State Highway 87 to Forest Road 64. Take Forest Road 64 east to Forest Road 32. Go on Forest Road 32 north to the trailhead. The trail starts 100 yards east of the trailhead on the Highline Trail. | |
