Bronco Creek Trail starts out following an old road, then continues on traveling a small drainage, through meadows and old jeep trails. It stops on two saddles which offer excellent views.
This trail is 4 miles long, receives light use, and has a more difficult rating. Horseback riding, mountain biking, and hiking are permitted forms of recreation on this trail.

Facilities: Bronco Creek Trail provides toilets, horse pens, and water for stock. Food, gas, and lodging can be found in Carefree.

Reservations: Reservations are not needed or accepted at Bronco Creek Trail.

Best Time To Visit: Bronco Creek Trail is open year-round.

Fees: No fees are charged.

Accessibility: Unknown

Rules: Motorized vehicles are not permitted on this trail.

Directions: To reach Bronco Creek Trail from Scottsdale, travel north on Pima Rd to the Cave Creek Rd. Take Cave Creek Road (Forest Road 24) for 17 miles north to Bronco Trailhead. The last 3 miles of Forest Road 24 is an all-weather gravel road. The gravel portion of the road is narrow with blind curves.
