One mile off Arizona 260 in Show Low is the 100 acres of Show Low Lake, at 6,500 feet elevation. Early spring is the best time to fish trout here. Other species include walleye, largemouth bass, bluegill, and catfish. Show Low Lake turned up the state record 12-pound walleye. Shoreline fishing is better than most, making the lake a great place to take the family. Navajo County Parks and Recreation Department maintain the campgrounds at Show Low Lake. Recent improvements have been made to the grounds and facilities.

Facilities: There are no facilities available at Show Low Lake.

Reservations: Reservations are not needed or accepted to visit Show Low Lake.

Best Time To Visit: Early spring is the best time to fish trout at Show Low Lake. The lake freezes during the winter.

Fees: No fees are charged.

Accessibility: This lake is not handicap accessible.

Rules: Boat motors must be a single 8 horsepower motor or less. Live bait is prohibited.

Directions: To get to Show Low Lake from Show Low: start out going right on Arizona 260. Show Low Lake is one mile off Arizona 260 in Show Low on Show Low Lake Road.
