Best Time To Visit: Luna Lake Loops is open May through October. Fees: No fee is charged to use the trail. Accessibility: Unknown Rules: Follow all general bicycling guidelines; such as wear a helmet and yield to pedestrians and equestrian users. Directions: To reach the Luna Lake Loops from Springerville, travel south on U.S. Highway 191 to Alpine. Then drive 5 miles east from Alpine on U.S. Highway 180 and turn north (left) on the Luna Lake entrance road. This gravel, all-weather road leads 1 mile to the bike trailhead marked by an international-style bike trail symbol near the campground entrance.
