Directions: To reach Riggs Flat Campground from Tucson: start out going east on I-10 towards El Paso, take US-191 exit number 352. turn left on US-191, turn right on US-70. (Safford) From Safford, travel south on U.S. Highway 191 to the town of Swift. Turn off onto State Route 366 and continue, as it becomes Swift Trail Road and Forest Road #803. Turn south onto Forest Road #287 near the end of Swift Trail Road. 287 leads to Riggs Flat.
