Mint Wash Trail #345 follows the rocky bottom of Mint Wash, winding 4.1 miles of moderate difficulty through a pinon-juniper forest and riparian vegetation. At Mint Spring, the trail turns north and continues to its terminus at Trail #308. By continuing east on Trail #308 and then south on Trail #347, trail users can loop back to Mint Spring.
Granite Basin Campground and Picnic Area are located at the trail's south end. There is an elevation change of 310 feet.
Accepted use for Mint Wash Trail #345 is hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking.

Directions: To reach Mint Wash Trail #345 from Prescott's Courthouse Square, go north on Montezuma St., then west on Whipple St., then northwest on Iron Spring Rd. to Granite Basin Rd. (FR 374), a total of 4.7 miles.

Turn right and travel 3.3 miles to Forest Road 374H, which leads to Granite Basin Lake Boat Ramp.
