Pineline Trail

Pineline Trail is an easy 0.8-mile trail, beginning at 7,560 feet, and rising to 7,640 feet. Pineline Trail follows a pine-covered ridge with spectacular views.
One of the main viewing attractions is The Pinal Mountains, which is noted for its scenic beauty and raggedness. This trail combined with the Middle Trail #202 provides a connection between most of the trails that head out in the Pinal Mountains.

Facilities: There are no facilities available at Pineline Trail.

Reservations: Reservations are not needed or accepted to use Pineline Trail.

Best Time To Visit: Pineline Trail is normally open spring through fall.

Fees: No fees are charged.

Accessibility: This area is not handicap accessible.

Rules: If you PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT!

Directions: To reach Pineline Trail from Apache Junction: start out going east on US-60, turn left on Oak Street. Turn right on Board Street, turn left on Cottonwood Street. (Globe) From Globe: Drive south on Forest Route 112 for about 3.5 miles to Forest Route 55. Turn southwest and travel on 55 to its junction with Forest Route 651. Follow 651 until it ends near the trailhead. The trail begins at the 651 road, across from road 651B.
