| Facilities: Bartlett Reservoir offers a Sheriffs Aid Station and the Bartlett Marina. There are also campgrounds and restrooms available. There are also at least two boat launches available. Best Time To Visit: Bartlett Reservoir is open year-round. Fees: Fees do apply. Accessibility: Certain areas around the lake are accessible, including one dock. Rules: This lake is located within the Tonto National Forest; forest regulations apply. Leave no trace. Directions: To reach the Bartlett Reservoir from Phoenix, travel north on Cave Creek road to Carefree. The reservoir is 20 miles east of Carefree. From Carefree, take the Cave Creek Road/ Forest Road 24 to the Bartlett Road/Forest Road 19 junction. Turn right on this paved highway; it is 13 miles to the reservoir.
