The 1400 acres of Lyman Reservoir is at 6,000 feet elevation. Located 17 miles north of Springerville, off U.S. 191, anglers come up with channel catfish, crappie, largemouth bass, walleye, and bluegill to name a few. This is about the only lake in the area with no motor restrictions. An exclusive water-ski course on the dam end requires a special permit.


Facilities: A full service concession facility offers boats for rent, groceries, and electrical outlets. Nearby St. Johns provides other supplies and accommodations.

Fees: No fees are charged.

Accessibility: This area is not handicap accessible.
