| Facilities: Luna Lake Campground offers picnic tables, fire rings and cooking grills at the sites, (primitive) vault toilets, drinking water, and trash dumpsters (Memorial Day-Labor Day). Best Time To Visit: Luna Lake Campground is open late spring to early fall. Fees: A camping fee is charged. Accessibility: Picnic facilities and restrooms are accessible. Group site "C" is not accessible. Rules: Only two motorized vehicles per site. Pets must be restrained or on a leash. Directions: To reach Luna Lake Campground Drive 5 miles east from Alpine on US Highway 180 and turn north (left) on Forest Road 570 just east of Luna Lake.
