Facilities: Covered picnic tables, restrooms, and cooking grills are provided at Lower Lake Mary Picnic Area. There are three campgrounds nearby. The nearest campground is Lake View, 5 miles south at Upper Lake Mary. Drinking water is not available.
Best Time To Visit: Lower Lake Mary Picnic Area is open from May to September.

Accessibility: The restrooms and picnic tables are barrier-free.
Rules: No camping is permitted at the lake. Boat motors are limited to 10 horsepower or less. Motor vehicle use is permitted on designated routes only, no off-road use. Advisory: Do not consume walleye and limit consumption of other fish to one 8-ounce fillet per month. Trout are not included in this advisory. Source: Mercury. Sources to be investigated. Directions: To reach Lower Lake Mary Picnic Area from Flagstaff, Drive 8 miles south from Flagstaff on Forest Highway 3 (Lake Mary Road). The access road to the picnic area is located just south of FR 132.
