Kaibab Lake Campground will be closed for construction through Summer 2011. Please visit one of William's other campgrounds like: Whitehorse Lake Campground, Cataract Lake Campground, or Dogtown Lake Campground. Kaibab Campground offers 63 campsites with tables and fire rings; 61 single-family sites; 2 double family sites. 6 campsites are wheelchair accessible. In addition, there is one large group area with ramada and picnic tables, 2 grills, and 14 individual family sites.
Tents, trailers, and motorhomes up to 35 feet can be accommodated at Kaibab Campground, but no utility hookups are available.
An amphitheater and evening interpretive programs are provided (summer only.) There is also an RV dump station. The campground is on the shore of Kaibab Lake.
The Grand Canyon National Park is just 60 miles away, which makes Kaibab Campground a perfect jumping off place for canyon visits. In addition, a number of forest attractions are easily accessible from the campground, including the Spring Valley and Historic Route 66 scenic drives.
