Best Time To Visit: Summer hours (Memorial Day to Labor Day): 7:00 A.M.-10:00 P.M. Off season hours (Labor Day to Memorial Day) 7:00 A.M. to dusk. The park is open 365 days a year. Fees: No fees are charged to use Heritage Park. Accessibility: There are designated parking spots and the restrooms are accessible. Rules: Dogs must be on a leash at all City Parks, please clean up after pets. Littering is crime punishable with a maximum $2,500 fine in the City of Prescott. A beer permit is required in picnic areas. Directions: To reach Heritage Park from the Courthouse Square in Prescott: follow Gurley Street west to Grove Avenue and turn north. Follow Grove to Willow Creek Road and turn slightly left to take Willow Creek road. Follow Willow Creek Road north to Heritage Park Road.
