| Facilities: The Hazlet Hollow Family Campground provides 2 vault toilets, one of which is handicapped-accessible, as well as drinking water. Best Time To Visit: The Hazlet Hollow Family Campground is open from May 1 through September 28. Fees: A nightly camping fee is charged. Accessibility: The campground is accessible for disabled persons. One vault toilet is handicapped accessible. Rules: Maximum length of stay is 14 days. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Open fires must be confined within fireplaces, grills or fire rings provided within developed recreation areas. The gathering of dead wood is allowed for campground use only. Directions: To reach Hazlet Hollow Family Campground from Prescott take Highway 69 to the town of Mayer. Take Main Street through the town of Mayer continuing east to the junction with the Antelope Creek Road. Continue southeast on this road for approximately 9 miles to Cordes. At the road junction in Cordes take Forest Road 259 to Crown King. At Crown King take Forest Road 259A south for 0.5 miles to the junction with Forest Road 52. Take Forest Road 52 southeast for approximately 6 miles to the campground just northeast of Horsethief Lake.
