Canyon Point Campground is located in a ponderosa pine forest. The campground is approximately 5 miles from Willow Springs Lake with boating and fishing. Hiking trails to Sinkhole and the edge of the Mogollon Rim are nearby, as well as an RV sanitary station.
There are 88 single sites and 2 group sites available. This campground is for those who enjoy camping in a fully developed area.

Best Time To Visit: Canyon Point Campground is open May through October. Be prepared for heavy rain through July and August.

Fees: An overnight camping fee is charged.

Accessibility: This area is not handicap accessible.

Rules: This campground is located within the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest; forest regulations apply. Two vehicles and eight persons maximum per family site.

Directions: To reach Canyon Point Campground from Payson, travel east on State Highway 260 to Forest Road 238. Travel south on Forest Road 238 1/2 a mile to reach the campground.
