| Facilities: There are no facilities in Ironwood Forest National Monument. Reservations: Reservations are not required to enter Ironwood Forest National Monument. Best Time To Visit: The Ironwood National Monument is open to visitors year round. Fees: There are no fees charged to enter the monument. Accessibility: This monument is not handicap accessible. Rules: Camping: Protect riparian areas by camping at least 200 feet from streams. Wash 200 feet from water sources by using biodegradable soap. This helps keep water sources clean. Camping is permitted for up to 14 days. Roads: Travel only on existing routes. Driving in washes is not permitted. High-clearance or four-wheel drive vehicles are recommended. Mountain bicycles or other non-motorized vehicles must also stay on existing roads or routes.Artifacts: Do not collect or remove pieces of pottery, stone tools, glass bottles or other artifacts from prehistoric or historic sites. Artifact theft and damage to archaeological sites are serious federal offences subject to criminal penalties. Do not climb, stand, sit on or move rocks in these fragile areas.
