Fees: There are no use fees associated with this trail. Accessibility: This trail is not handicap accessible. Rules: This trail is located within the Tonto National Forest; forest regulations apply. If you PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT! Directions: To reach Cienega Trail from Payson, travel east on State Highway 260 to State Highway 288. On State Highway 288 travel to Young. From Young, travel south on State Highway #288, take the Reynolds Creek Road (Forest Road #410) 2.5 miles to Forest Road #235. Turn left and travel approximately one half mile to the Cienega Spring Trailhead. This trail can also be accessed from State Highway #288 at milepost #288.
