Directions: To reach Cienega Trail from Payson, travel east on State Highway 260 to State Highway 288. On State Highway 288 travel to Young. From Young, travel south on State Highway #288, take the Reynolds Creek Road (Forest Road #410) 2.5 miles to Forest Road #235. Turn left and travel approximately one half mile to the Cienega Spring Trailhead. This trail can also be accessed from State Highway #288 at milepost #288. There is limited parking at this end of the trail. |
