| Facilities: The Chugach State Park provides over 100 camping sites, picnic tables, fire pits, water, restrooms, and dump station (located at Eagle River Campground). Best Time To Visit: This park is open year-round. Fees: A variety of fees can be incurred, including day usage, overnight camping, boat launch pass, guided tours, firewood, and a sanitary dump station fee. Accessibility: There are three short trails, and one three miles trail that is handicapped accessible. Some of the individual campsites in the State Park are also handicapped accessible. Please contact the State Park for more information. Rules: There are a variety of rules at the Chugach State Park, concerning everything from horses, pets, firearms, vehicles, quicksand, gold panning and more.
