Caines Head Trail

Caines Head Trail is a 4.5 mile easy trail with a small elevation gain in beginning. Be careful on the rocky parts of the beach (they can be quite slippery). Do not attempt this trail during high tide. Once visitors reach the campsite, they can then hike another 2 miles to the abandoned World War II Fort McGilvray.
