| Facilities: There are 116 individual campsites inside the Anchor River Campgrounds. Restrooms, drinking water, and picnic areas are provided. Reservations: No reservations are accepted. Best Time To Visit: Open year round, but staffed only from May-September. Fees: An entry fee is charged. Accessibility: A number of individual campsites are accessible. Drinking water and restrooms are also accessible. Rules: There are a variety of rules that apply when visiting any of the Alaska State Recreation Areas. Please contact the state park for more detailed information. Directions: The park is located near Anchor Point at mile marker 157 along the Sterling Highway. |
