Over a million objects are organized in the Museum's cultural and natural history collections. Many of these are rare and unique, but there are also huge series of specimens representing all aspects of regional natural history. Such series, often accumulated over decades, are a crucial resource for research and advanced study.

Facilities: Restrooms and a museum gift shop are available.

Reservations: No reservations are needed.

Best Time To Visit: Winter Hours: Sept. 16 - May 14 Weekdays 9 AM - 5 PM Weekends 12 PM - 5 PM

Summer Hours: May 15 - Sept. 15 Daily 9 AM - 7 PM

Fees: An admission fee is charged.

Accessibility: Although the museum facility does not presently meet all ADA standards, modifications are being made in order to remove any such barriers.

Directions: From Old Richardson Highway, turn left onto Homestead Drive. Homestead Drive will become Ruby Drive. Turn right onto Yukon Drive.
