Lake Rose Tead is located inside the Pasagshak State Recreation Site, and is fed waters from the Pasagshak River. Silver salmon fishing is the most popular fishing done here at the lake. Other species of fish include the king salmon and the Dolly Varden.

Facilities: The Pasagshak River State Recreation Site contains 20 individual camping areas. Restrooms, water, a picnic table, and grills are provided.

Directions: To reach this site take Rezanof Drive west out of town and continue for thirty miles. Turn right onto Pasagshak Road just past the Kalsin River and continue nine miles to enter the Pasagshak River State Recreation Site. Follow the Pasagshak River to Lake Rose Tead.
