Banner ads accepted for EatStayPlay.com are subject to the advertiser's agreement to all Terms and Conditions contained herein.
Rates and Banner Locations
Advertising on EatStayPlay.com includes a banner on the main city page, i.e. Prescott, Arizona, and on every page of information that is related to that city. You pick your banner location and which city's pages you'd like to advertise on. Unless otherwise noted, there is one advertiser per banner location available in every city.

Terms of payment and service
- Payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice.
- All Advertisers' banner ads must be emailed to EatStayPlay.com, ready to post on the website.
- A minimum advertising contract is 3 months.
- Payments are currently only accepted through PayPal, a secure payment gateway.
- Payment by check will only be considered for campaigns with a renewal period of 6 months or more.
- Payments are non-refundable.
- There are no guarantees of banner performance or improvement in search engine placements.
- You can cancel your campaign at anytime. The previously billed campaign will remain in effect until completed.
- Please provide a contact name, phone number, company name, URL, and email address. This information is for internal tracking and contact purposes only and will not be shared with outside companies.
Advertising Images
The Advertiser shall deliver the advertising in accordance with the technical specifications advised by EatStayPlay.com, no later than seven working days prior to the commencement of the advertising period. The Advertiser shall ensure that the advertising is free of computer viruses or other harmful program code and shall use the latest anti-virus programs to ensure this.
The Advertiser is obliged to check the advertisement placed on EatStayPlay.com immediately and to report any errors in writing within three working days of the first appearance of the advertisement, otherwise the advertisement shall be deemed to have been accepted.
Technical Specifications
- Header and middle of the page banners are 468x60
- Bottom of the page banners are 234x60
- No more than 30Kb for file size
- Static banners are preferred; if rotating, please no more than 3 images in the rotation
- A linking URL (click thru) must be submitted for each banner ad. Alternative text is optional (100 character limit)
- Supported file types are .GIF or .JPEG
- EatStayPlay.com will host the image. Please send the final image after remitting payment
Terms of acceptance
All banner advertisements will be reviewed by EatStayPlay.com and are subject to approval by EatStayPlay.com. Any attempt to simulate the form of the EatStayPlay.com website is not permitted. EatStayPlay.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any advertising at any time for any reason.
Indemnification
Advertiser represents and warrants that all rights, including but not limited to any copyrights, patent rights or other intellectual property rights, arising out of, or relating to, advertising materials are either owned by the advertiser or the advertiser has full authority from each owner of each such right to allow EatStayPlay.com to transmit such advertising materials on the EatStayPlay.com website.
Any advertising agency through whom advertiser places advertising through, hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold EatStayPlay.com, its directors, officers employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages and expenses of any nature arising out of or relating to any breech of foregoing warranties or the transmission of the advertising materials, including but not limited to claims based on invasion of privacy, right of publicity, libel, copyright or trademark infringement, or other causes of action.

You pick the city you want your ad displayed in and the position and then your banner will appear on ALL the related pages of that city. For example: you can choose to put your banner ad on the top of the Prescott, Arizona, page and all the pages of information that are related to Prescott.
